Dear Sir/Madam, 

We are happy to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at CPhI India, for the 7^th time, which would be held at Mumbai during 3-5^th December 2013.  This year also Council is organizing India Pavilion by taking 972 sq. meters of space with 108 stalls.  Please visit www.cphi-india.com for more details about the event.

Location of the Pavilion:

Reservation of Stalls

There are 108 stalls of 9 sq. meter each in India pavilion. With a view to make the allotment procedure more simple and transparent, Council created a separate page in its website for this event, where members can book the stalls through online. To book a stall, please follow the steps given below: 

• Click here for opening the floor plan.
• Select a stall and click for opening the registration form.
• Fill up the form and submit. 
• You can first reserve the stall by clicking on ‘Reservation only’ in the Registration form, followed by payment within 10 days.
• Please see the terms of allotment in the Registration form, before confirming the reservation.
• Please do not take printout of the Invoice, before completing the Registration.  Council shall not be responsible for any such incomplete reservations.
• Final decision of allotment rests with the Council.

Members may please note that only 2 (two) stalls can be reserved by a company.  In case of a Group Companies, maximum of only 3 (three) stalls can be allotted.

Cost of the stall:

Cost of each 9 sq. meter stall :  Rs.1,70,000

Cost of corner stalls              :  Rs.1,80,000

Stalls with pillars                  :  Rs.1,60,000 

(Service Charge at 12.36% is extra)

Cost includes India branding, furniture, electricity, cleaning, insurance etc. 

Allotment of Stalls:

Stalls will be allotted only after receipt of 50% of the amount, which  has to be paid within 10 days from the date of reservation. Balance 50% to be paid   before 31.8.2013
