- Managing the sales & marketing operations for promoting company product & accountable for achieving business goals and increased sales.
- Identifying, developing and nurturing new market for launch of products, thereby enhancing profitability.
- Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team for enhanced and sustained performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Science / Pharmacy graduate with strong leadership traits and ability to bring turnaround in the territory.
- Prior experience of dealing with Oncology therapy in a reputed pharma company is essential.
