Job Description Position- Head R & D
Location- Ponda, Goa
Qualification Ph. D. / M. Pharm
Age 35 to 40 yrs.
Experience- 10-15 yrs experience as Head or in senior position in R&D in a reputed Pharma company
Special competencies- The candidate should be familiar with WHO/ USFDA/UK MHRA documentation and audits.
Job Description
Development work of new products/ formulations.
Development of NDDS (Novel Drug Delivery Systems)
Filing of ANDA's (Abbreviated New Drug Application) and other Export oriented requirements.
Reformulation of existing products as and when required.
Process development.
Packaging development.
Trouble-shooting and rectifying problems in formulation, process and packing.
Import substitution of raw and packing material.
Cost improvement on product.
Compile, study and evaluate stability data alongwith Quality Control department. Identify and develop third party manufacturers as per Company's requirements, co-ordinate all the connected activities inside and outside the company and achieve successfully startup of production as per time bound schedule.
Audit the manufacture of products inside the premises and at the third party. Revising the Master Formula records as and when required,
Upgrading GMP standards of different manufacturing departments inside and at the third party premises as per schedule M.
Co-ordinate and liaise with DCI and local FDA on matters pertaining to new products as well as existing products.
