Job Description:- Preparing Statement for requirements of PM as per production Plan.
- Preparing Purchase orders of Packing Material
- To chase the vendors and timely supply and remove tardiness of Supply for PMs
- Co-ordinate with plant for shortages and timely receipt of material.
- Working on Re-Order level
- Co-ordinate with Finance for payment of vendor.
- Getting quotations from Vendors
- Maintaining proper records of POs & other Corresponding papers
- Generation of Rejection letters to party or transporter with Debit Note and CC to accounts and inform plant to return the material or to dispose as per decision.
- Supplier Correspondence.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
