Job Description

1.Total responsibility of controlling production planning at Contract Manufacturing locations. To control / Plan / Monitor for compliance to production.
For variances if any against committed schedule, try to solve first and then report un resolved /
pending issues to GM - Quality Assurance for necessary corrective measures.

2. To get monthly delivery schedule from all Contract manufacturing locations.

3. To initiate procurement of change parts ( punch / blister / specific machine) as per F&Ds request.

4. Follow up with material department for materials availability against the monthly plan and as per
priority given by logistics dept.

Shop floor experience in manufacturing of Tablet, Liquid Oral and Ointment dosage form. Should be able to guide contract manufacturing organization for capacity calculation and production planning. Technology transfer of the product. It is expected that candidate has sound knowledge of equipment and machineries which are used in manufacturing of Tablet, Ointment and Liquid Oral. Experience in Injectable dosage form will be an added advantage.
