BSc (Tech) / Chem. Engineer / MSc (Organic Chemistry) from reputed university/institute.

Two to five years of hands on experience in API manufacturing facility approved by regulatory authority. Preferably from MNC.

Job Description

•Performance of the project activities likes as documentation, qualification DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ of equipments and process.

•Meeting production target with predetermined specification.

•Operating solvent recovery plant

•Preparation of shift reports, legible writing of BMRs

•Co-ordination with warehouse, Quality Assurance, Engineering for smooth operation in shifts.

•Following the HSE guidelines during production activity.

•Following the cGMP with appropriate housekeeping and document.

•To lead and motivate shop floor associates.

•Preparation and up-dation of documents for project like as URS, P&ID, PFD and layouts

•Performing the project activities with respect to equipment/system qualification.

•Planning of operations in shifts as per schedule

•Planning effective utilisation of manpower in shifts

•To ensure compliance to cGMP Procedures and HSE norms.

•Co-ordination with warehouse, Quality Assurance Department, Engineering dept. for smooth operation in shifts.

•To check online records like equipment status labels, log books , housekeeping records.

•Supervise requisition of raw materials & packing materials from warehouse & On line stock maintaining in the SAP. Dispatch of finished goods to warehouse.

•Preparation of master documents like master BMR, MFR, SOP.

•Preparation of validation documents.

•Review of executed BMR & submission of the same to QA.

•To ensure that the batch operation proceeds as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

•To increase awareness among all API personnel about information security and to ensure all aspects of information security in API plant.
