RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Ensuring all production activities are performed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ensuring safety and quality in manufacturing operation.
• Organizing appropriate training programs for all concerned associates.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all production activities as per production planning and achieving the actual target.
• Ensuring compliance of internal and external audit observation
• Review of Master and Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Responsible for achieving production targets to meet marketing requirements
• Ensure that the production adheres strictly to set GMP standards, procedures and system in all respects of manufacturing.
• Control capital, revenue and personnel costs and initiate projects / recruitments.
• Train/ Develop people to ensure good work environment.
• Ensure that the company adheres to required norms of Local authorities.
• Implement Novartis HSE polices at the site
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure safe custody and efficient handling of company as per latest quality standards and Novartis Corporate Guidelines
