(c) 01 year experience in working in a recognisedhospital preferably in Ayurveda/Siddha Hospital OR B.Sc. Nursing from arecognised University/Institution recognised by the Nursing Council of India.

Essential: Middle School pass or equivalent and 05 yearsexperience in the line of Panchakarma treatment/techniques in a recognisedAyurvedic Institution/Hospital.

Name of the post: Laboratory Technician.

(iv)      AyurvedaContraceptive Drug Research Institute, Ahmedabad - 03-UR (02-Chemistry,01-Pathology)

Maximum Age: 25 years as on 1.1.2012.

Scale of pay: PB - 1, Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay of Rs.2400.

Educational and other qualifications:

Essential: Degree in Science or B.Pharma from arecognised University with 01 year experience in Laboratory Technology in aLaboratory of a recognised Hospital/Institution.

OR

Intermediate Science from a recognised University withDiploma in Medical Laboratory Technology of minimum of one year duration from arecognised Hospital/Institution and 02 years experience in a laboratory of arecognised Hospital/Institution.

OR

Matric or equivalent with 05 years experience inlaboratory technology in a laboratory of a recognised Hospital/Institution.

General Conditions:

1.    The posts aretemporary but likely to continue. The fresh appointees shall be governed by newpension scheme. The candidates selected will be on Probation for two years andis transferable anywhere in India under the Council's Institutes/Centres/Units.

2.    Agerelaxation will be admissible for SC/ST/OBC/PH/persons in Govt. Service as perCentral Govt, rules in force. Experience would be determined as on the lastdate of receipt of applications.

3.    Applicationform can be downloaded from Council's Website ccras.nic.in.

4.    Theapplication for the above post(s) is to be submitted within 30 days from thedate of advertisement. The applications received after due date will not beconsidered under any circumstances.

5.    Personsalready in service must submit their applications through proper channel. Whileforwarding applications of in service candidates, Head of the Institutionsshould certify that the applicants are free from Administrative and Vigilanceangle and that no vigilance proceedings are pending or contemplated.Photocopies of ACRs dossier of the candidate(s) for the last five years mayalso be forwarded along with application in sealed covers.

6.    EachInstitute will hold a written test for each post for the vacancies pertains totheir Institute.

7.    Selectionwill be based on the performance in written test and in interview. Only thosecandidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the interview.

8.    Lateapplications/ incomplete applications/ application without attested copies ofacademic qualification, age, and community will summarily be rejected.

9.    Only SC/STcandidates called for interview will be paid second class fare by shortestroute on production of documents.

10.    Canvassingin any form will be a disqualification.
