Job Description:
# Promote MJN brands to HCP
# Generate prescriptions in line with the business strategy
# Create and sustain long-term professional relationships with health care professionals specifically pediatricians and GPs with high pediatric practice in the Territory and also with Chemist Retail Outlets
# Conducting market survey
# Execute marketing programs, such as paramedic activity in coordination with Trade Sales Executive / Territory Manager and complete the execution within the stipulated time frame
# Maintain and develop relations with existing & new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods
# Optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Implementing product promotion strategy
# Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports expense claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities.
# Meet organizational goal for the area.
Candidate Profile:
* The candidate should have a flair for selling and must have either 6 months experience or an ambition to start his / her career in sales.
* Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
* Ability to deliver results and meet the expectations as set out by the Organisation
* Bachelors Degree in Science (B.Sc.,) or Pharmacy (B. Pharm.,).
* Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
