Job Description:
• Evaluate the Batch Production Records and Quality Control Record and preserve them along with the control samples at specified period and ensuring the tractability of manufactured products. Ensuring the effective implementation of quality system as per the GMP norms.
• Establishing and documentating the procedure for calibration of test equipments and validation of processes.
• Ensuring that the manufactured products are inspected and all stages as per norms.
• Implementation of new SOP and reviewing the existing ones.
• To check the art works of printed packing materials, Internal audit and self inspection.
• Heading the plant Quality Assurance function
• Responsible for all Quality Assurance, Documentation, Validations and Audits activities for the plant
• Product stability studies.
• Enhance existing quality systems
• QA Audits
Job Profile:
Incumbent should be B.Sc / B.Pharma in the age group of 27 years having 5 to 7 years experience in quality assurance work of Pharmaceutical formulation. Candidate should have handled quality assurance department independently. Experience of DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ documentation. Experience of facing audit of various Indian and international agencies. { Should have worked on same post 2 years } . Familiarity with cGMP/ GLP / validation is a must. Excellent managerial skills are essential. Incumbent should be resident of baddi/panchkula/ kalka, mohali/ chandigarh / parwanoo / near by or willing to relocate to baddi/himachal pardesh.
