Job Description:
* Sales and Business Development
* Enhancing Business prospects in context of competitive Market trends
* Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
* Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
Desired Profile:
* B.Sc or B. Pharma with 1-2 Years of Experience in Pharma Brand Selling . Experience in Ophthalmology Division of Pharma will be an added advantage but not essential. .
* Familiarity with the market situation, distribution channels, competitors
* Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
* Convincing personality, natural authority
* A self-assured leader with excellent communication skills.
* Good product knowledge.
* Good performance track record
* Energetic / Enthusiastic.
