| Job Description | Experience 2-4 years
Qualification: BS or MS Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or Science related field
Area of Responsibility (business specifics):
In-house hands on solid dosage form development work and customer problem solving in applications like tableting, granulation, film coating and modified release formulations.
Developing customized film coating formulations to meet customer requirements
Hands on work at the customer site (trial support and trouble shooting).
Direct and indirect customer interaction in support of existing and new products through technical consultation, trial support, preparing and delivering presentations to customers, professional organizations and trade shows. Also preparing White Papers.
Significant domestic and international travel is expected. Typically 20-30% of the time
Desired Candidate Skills/Experience:
Capability to work in hands on role in a pharmaceutical technology lab, mechanical aptitude and some lifting required.
Hands-on solid dosage form development experience, including tableting, granulation, film coating and modified release formulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team work
Good scientific writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work side by side and supervise technicians
Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and international environment
Very good communication.
