Job Description

Selection of appropriate investigators for specific clinical trials

To expedite the trial in a swift and efficient manner with as few queries as possible

Constantly network among academicians and academic institutions to identify good centres for clinical trials

To work with the peers in the company to ensure that customer focus continues to remain our prime objective.

Ensure smooth initiation, conduct and conclusion of all clinical trials as per the protocol and in accordance with NN SOPs and the regulatory requirements

Archiving of all trial related documents at the investigator site as well as at NNIPL as necessary

Assist the Regional Medical Director/ Regulatory Manager in compiling documentation for submission to regulatory authorities for the purposes of clinical trials/ marketing approvals

To keep abreast with medical information pertaining to the business and appropriate filing of the same

Assist the medical/ Marketing departments in the training of field personnel from time to time and as and when required

Documentation support to field personnel to help them tackling queries and providing accurate information to the health care personnel.

Assist the quality and regulatory affairs responsible in implementation of quality systems within the organisation

Acquire skills to review and approve marketing literature/ information

Report adverse events from clinical trials as per SOPs and local regulatory requirements

Ensure that the rights and well being of all patients and investigators who are part of NN clinical trials are protected.

Be alert while monitoring of clinical trials in order to ensure that data collected are accurate and verifiable

Assist the regional medical director in complying with the Company's  Way of Management and NNIPL quality system. Document the review and improvements in critical business processes from time to time.
